Scheduled IT Maintenance - July 15, 2025

Dear ILAC Staff,

Our IT team will perform scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, July 15, 2025, from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM. During this period, ILAC Email, the Staff Intranet, Microsoft Teams, and Slack may be unavailable or experience interruptions.

Please save your work and log off these systems before the maintenance starts to avoid data loss.

For urgent issues outside this window, contact IT Support at it@ilacinternal.ca or extension 205.

Volunteer & Community Engagement Opportunities – Summer 2025

Looking to give back this summer? ILAC is supporting staff in participating in rewarding community projects throughout Vancouver.

​

  •  Sunday Free Breakfast – Three Links Care Foundation

Join fellow staff members in helping serve free breakfasts every Sunday morning for people experiencing homelessness in Fairview. Tasks include meal prep, serving, and conversation support.

​

  • Community Kitchen – CARMA/DABC (Oak Care Centre)

Volunteer one Tuesday per month preparing meals for individuals with disabilities. A great opportunity to connect and contribute .

​

  • Urban Farm Harvesting – Farmers on 57th Society

Help harvest fresh vegetables in Marpole on Tuesdays, June–October. A hands-on way to support local food initiatives.

  • Free Monthly Wellness Webinars

Join guided sessions on stress management, sleep, and mindfulness. Next session: July 18 at 12:30 PM.

  • Quiet Room Access

Need a break? Visit the designated Quiet Room on the 3rd floor for silent reflection or rest during your shift.

  • Counselling Support

Confidential staff counselling is available by request. Email hr@ilacinternal.ca for more information.

July Tip: Take a 10-minute walk outdoors daily to improve focus and mood.
